RETURNS
At Arluna Boutique we want all our customers to absolutely love their purchase. However, we do understand that online shopping doesn’t always go to plan. Therefore, our Returns Policy has been designed to make the process easy. By completing your purchase and payment with us you are accepting our terms and conditions regarding returns of your purchase.
To return your item(s), email hello@arlunaboutique.com.au . Please include details of your purchase as well as reason for return. A member of our customer service team will provide you return instructions within 1-3 business days of your request.
RETURNS POLICY
- Refunds or exchanges must be done within 14days from receiving your purchase. After 14 days we no longer offer refunds or exchanges on any orders.
- Our Afterpay service does not allow refunds.
- Refunds or exchanges are only accepted for faulty items or incorrect sizing.
- There is no refund or exchange on sale items, decision that you no longer like the product or have no use for it.
- Items must not be worn or washed and must have all tags/original packing intact.
- We do not accept returns on soaps, creams, lip balms, roll on perfumes or earrings for sanitary reasons.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and safe return of merchandise.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Returns will be processed within 14days of received the item(s).
